What is your return/exchange policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any item with a manufacturing defect for refund or exchange. With your original receipt, return unwashed, unworn, and unused garment with original tags attached within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or full refund.
RoadRagz denim is made from natural fibers and will have unique characteristics within the weave and these may differ from pair to pair. These are not deemed manufacturer defects.
Will you reimburse my shipping charges associated with my return/exchange?
We will refund shipping charges only if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the amount on your receipt.
Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
Where do I ship my return/exchange?

How do I ship my return/exchange?
You can use any method of shipping you choose to return your products to us. We prefer you use a method that provides you a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEX. This will ensure the package has a tracking number and it does not get lost. We will not be responsible if the product does not actually make it back to us. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Please remember, that to properly process, your return/exchange it must be returned with your original receipt.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction took place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status by calling our customer service line at 703-994-0200. In addition, once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation that will contain your tracking information. You can then check your package's status at the shipper site.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has shipped and we've charged your credit card.
Why did you call or email me to verify my order?
For your own security and protection if we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or email you to verify your information. In addition, as a normal course of fraud control, we randomly call or email our customers to verify order information.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Center as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request quickly. Please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as soon as they are placed. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. We will have to accommodate the request as a return or exchange.
Why can't I select the size combination I want?
Sometimes your selection may be out of stock. Email or call us at 703-994-0200 if what you're looking for is out of stock. They will tell you when it will be available.

Will you share my information?
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order was placed Monday through Friday, before 10 AM CST, it will be shipped the same day or the morning of the next day. Orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped the next day. Saturday, Sunday or orders placed on Holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
PO, APO and FPO Boxes are shipped via the US Postal Service. RoadRagz can not control the speed in which the US Postal Service delivers their packages and therefore, please expect it may take an additional 4-7 business days LONGER to be received, depending on delivery location.
Where do you ship?
We can ship anywhere you are; as long as a delivery service can get to you! We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii as well as Canada, APO and FPO Boxes. We ship to international destinations and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
International deliveries, deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories and Canada, APO and FPO Boxes will incur an additional charge over our regular rates and take several additional business days. Delivery time will be dependent on the carrier. However, RoadRagz will do its part to get it in the hands of the carrier as quickly as possible, after you've placed your order.
How do you ship?
We offer GROUND, FAST, and FASTER shipping on orders shipped within the continental U.S. STANDARD is our standard 4-7 business days shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service or FedEX. FAST is our expedited 3-business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas, this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 4-business days for delivery. FASTER is our express 2-business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is also NOT available. In such cases please allow 3-business days for delivery.

How do I know my order has shipped?
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.
What is the difference between my Order Date and the Ship Date?
The Order Date refers to the date the order was received. The Ship Date refers to the date the order was shipped from our shipping facility.
When you purchase a pair of RoadRagz chaps within the United States, it is warranted to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period up to one (1) year from the date of purchase by original retail buyer.
Should a warranty claim arise, return the garment to RoadRagz, LLC with original receipt. We will, at no charge to you and at our discretion, have the garment repaired. If we determine the garment cannot be repaired, we will arrange, at no additional cost to you, a replacement garment, or issue a RoadRagz corporate credit for the amount paid for the original garment, to be put toward a new RoadRagz manufactured garment. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.
Your signature will be required on a warranty claim form and/or repaid bill to validate claim.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROADRAGZ, LLC BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OR EXPENSES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE OF ROADRAGZ GARMENTS OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUETIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE GOODS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
This warranty sets forth in full the complete liability and obligations of RoadRagz, LLC in respect to breach of warranty.
This limited one (1) year warranty, does not cover damages caused by any changes to the physical appearance of it, or rips, scratches, tears, stains, wrinkles from normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages by accident, abuse or by improper cleaning or care.
RoadRagz, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or injury to person or property, which occurs while wearing a RoadRagz garment.
